After nearly a decade working abroad in some of the world’s toughest and most remote mining regions, I’ve returned home to Vancouver Island to rebuild where my roots are. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked in iron, gold, copper, coal, and diamond mines across Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Mongolia, Australia, Zambia, Mauritania, and the Congo — gaining experience, perspective, and a deep respect for the industries that keep the world moving, including heavy machinery repairs and industrial equipment maintenance.
Now, it’s time to bring that knowledge home.
